Tricia joined the company in 1988. Prior to her current position as Buyer,
she had been a production supervisor and production scheduler. She was an
Occupational Safety & Health major at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Crystal Krueger
Business Development Coordinator |
Crystal joined CCI in September, 1991, as a label maker and worked in that
capacity for one year. She was Executive Administrative Assistant and accounting clerk
for 6 years and until becoming Sales Assistant, in addition to her Executive Administrative
responsibilities, she was our PC Network Technician. Crystal brings a wide range of
experiences to her new role where she will support sales personnel with quotations, PowerPoint
presentations, and product registrations.

Russ joined CCI in 2008. He has over 15 years of purchasing experience with roles
including Senior Purchasing Analyst, Buyer and Purchasing Manager. He graduated in 1990
from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA with a BA in Business Administration.

Jodi Smith

Jodi joined CCI in 2004. Prior to her current position as Scheduler/Production Planner, she also worked
with CCI as Lab Technician, Assistant Buyer, Scheduler, and Sales Coordinator.

Lisa Tesch

Following a long tenure as Distribution Coordinator for Pillsbury, Lisa
joined CCI in 1999. Today she supervises the Customer Service reps, and the
shipping and receiving personnel.

James joined CCI in 1995 as a packer. In 2000, he moved to Customer Service and
has been there ever since. Prior to working at CCI, James attended the University
of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and earned a degree in History.

Sara joined CCI in 1986, immediately following her graduation from the
University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where she earned a BS with a major in
Chemistry-Business. Prior to accepting her current position as Master
Scheduler, she was solo a Customer Service Representative and solo Buyer.

Sharon joined CCI in 1994. She has an Associate Degree in Finance from the
Madison Area Technical College and has previously served CCI as a Customer
Service Representative and Sales Representative.

Jill Armstead
Regional Sales Manager |
Jill joined Columbus Chemical Industries, Inc. in 2007. She is located
in San Diego, CA. She was born and raised in Colorado and earned a Bachelor
of Science degree from Colorado State University. Her territory includes the states
of California and Colorado. |
Sven Carstensen
Regional Sales Manager |
Sven joined the company in 2001. His territory is the upper Midwest. Prior
to joining CCI, he was an Application Chemist for Poly One. He has an
undergraduate degree in Chemistry from St. Norbert’s University and a
Masters degree in chemistry from Michigan Technological University. |

Chuck Leske
National Accounts Manager |
Chuck joined CCI in 1992. His prior sales experience was with PMP
Fermentation Products. Chuck manages national accounts throughout the U.S.
and Canada. Chuck has an undergraduate degree in Bacteriology from the
University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School
of Management.

Sanjay Patel

Sanjay joined CCI in August of 2007. He has a B.S. degree in Chemistry and
graduated from the University of Arizona in 2005. Prior to joining CCI Sanjay was
a technical sales representative for the Personal Care Industry. Sanjay's territory
for CCI includes Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Mexico.

Andy Quandt

Andy joined CCI in 2006 and is based in Madison, WI. Andy's territory is
Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and southwestern Wisconsin. Prior to coming
to CCI, he worked as a Semiconductor Process Technician for Alfalight and a
Technical Writer for TomoTherapy. Andy has a Bachelor of Science degree from
the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Technical Communications Certificate
from the university's College of Engineering.

Judi joined CCI in 1990. Her prior sales experience was with Pettibone. Judi
has a BS in Biology from University of Illinois, Champaign Urbana. Her
territory is Northern Illinois, Michigan and the states immediately
bordering Illinois to the east and south.

Sherry joined CCI in 2002. Sherry previously worked for Planar in Lake Mills
Wisconsin. Planar unfortunately relocated to China, but fortunate for CCI
and Sherry joined our team. Sherry has a BS in Environmental Biology from
Jacksonville State University, Alabama. |

Eric Frank

Eric joined CCI in 2007. He graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a degree
in Water Chemistry in 2004 and is currently finishing his thesis toward an MS
in Natural Resource Management from UW-Stevens Point. He has a total of 4 years
of experience in analytical chemistry, grew up in Southwestern Wisconsin and has
studied in Iceland, Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria. |

Rob Nall

Rob joined the company in 2006. He has a total of 22 years experience in the
specialty chemical industry which includes positions as a Chemical Operator,
Chemical Lab Technician, Quality Control Chemist, Development Chemist, Process
Chemist, Manufacturing Supervisor and Operations Superintendent. He graduated
from Ohio University with a B.S.Ed. degree in Chemistry after completing a
two-year certificate program in Electronics. |

Heber joined CCI in 2004. Prior to his position as Process Engineer he was a
Process/Quality Engineer for BOC Edwards Kachina and as a Support Engineer
for Applied Materials at Motorola. Heber has a BS degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Arizona State University and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. |

John joined CCI in 2007. Prior to joining CCI John accumulated over
20 years experience in the food and dairy industry. John graduated from
Marian College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master's
degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality.

Dean Mielke

Dean joined us in 1992 as a Packer. He has worked his way through the
company and now supervises all production employees in Columbus. Dean has
attended both the Madison Area Technical College and the University of
Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Angie joined CCI with the purchase of Chemix in 1999. Prior to that, she
spent three years as Office Manager for the former owners. Her knowledge of
the production processes and her ability to lead people made her a logical
choice to manage our branch location.

Kelly Yuds

Kelly joined the company in 1984 as a Packer. His maintenance talents and
interests were recognized early and today he oversees the maintenance
activities in both Columbus and Phoenix.
