Richard is one of the founders of the business. He has a background in sales
and has a formal education in accounting and computer programming. He is a
lifelong resident of Columbus, WI and is involved in numerous local civic
activities.

Steve Quandt

Steve joined CCI in 1989 following 17 years as CEO of a fiberglass-molding
corporation. Steve has a BBA in Marketing from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison.

Bob Zentz
Operations Manager

|
Bob joined CCI in 2004. Prior to joining CCI Bob was the Director of
Operations for US Chemical Corp for over 13 years and has 30 years of
experience in the chemical industry. Bob has a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. |
