ISO 9001:2015 Certification

May 8, 2017

CCI is pleased to announce its official transition to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The new ISO 9001:2015 standards were released in September 2015, to replace ISO 9001:2008, with implementation deadline set in 2018 to maintain ISO Certification. This new standard seeks to improve the organizations engagement with their stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, personnel, legislative bodies, and society. The organization is expected to assess and plan for risks though risk analysis. There is more emphasis placed on leadership and management commitment requiring greater involvement by top managers and business leaders.

Once released, CCI identified all areas of its Quality Management System which required updating and implemented a companywide project to drive the improvements necessary to comply to the new standards. Included with this were continued improvements in communication and information sharing with stakeholders to drive improvements throughout the supply chain and help ensure that CCI customers will be provided with the highest quality work output to meet their needs.

CCI’s continued commitment to demonstrate our ability to continually improve, while delivering a quality product, prompted the organization to move forward on an accelerated timeline. External audits to the ISO 9001:2015 standard were conducted in March 2017 at our facilities located in Columbus, WI and Phoenix, AZ. CCI is pleased to announce that both audits were successful and the organization has officially transitioned to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
