We manage our chemical supplier base using a tiered system involving quality scorecards, on-site audits performed by our Quality Assurance team, and hosting routine visits from supplier’s representatives on-site at our Wisconsin and Arizona facilities.
Our service providers, including component suppliers, third-party chemical testing facilities, and transportation providers, are also handled within our supplier management system.

Regular review of supplier performance for both chemical supply and service providers helps CCI not only ensure quality product and high on-time metrics, it also also plays a key role in our consistency in product supply, and excellent company safety record.

Supply-Side Change Control

Our working relationships with our top-tier chemical suppliers allow us to have strong connections for both domestic and international chemical sourcing and supply. These long-term and strong supplier connections allow us to work with many chemical manufacturers directly, and find solutions to challenging specification, volume and product requirements.

One of the challenges for many industries using chemistry in highly sensitive applications is the need for change control. Changes are to be identified in advance, evaluated for impact, and in some cases re-qualification sampling may be necessary for the change impact assessment.
