How do I get a CofA?
Do you sell to individuals or ship to a non-business address?
Due to inherent hazards associated with chemicals, we do not under any circumstances sell to individuals.
Can we pick up our orders at CCI’s distribution centers?
If the product is rated DOT Hazardous, you must have a CDL license with hazmat certification, and also a DOT hazmat appropriate vehicle. Pick-up requests for non-regulated materials are reviewed on a per-case basis.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Yes! CCI regularly ships product all over the world in a variety of shipment sizes ranging from parcel items to full container loads, via ocean or air transport, as allowable. Contact us to learn more.
Do you accept returned goods?
We will gladly accept your return within 90 days of shipment, however, a restocking fee may apply depending on the circumstances of the return. All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service department. Please call our customer service team for a return material authorization number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and no credit issued. Return shipments must be properly packed and insured against damage. Items returned must be unused and in the original packaging to receive credit. Items returned incomplete, damaged, used, or defaced in any way may be subject to an additional restocking or refurbishment charge after incoming inspection. We reserve the right to repair or replace items under warranty at our discretion.
