Chemical Processing

Chemical ProcessingCCI has been providing chemical blending and nitric acid processing solutions to our customers for over 40 years. Our commitment to quality is unsurpassed in the industry, and our state-of-the-art facilities allow us to ensure high purity chemicals and raw ingredients at a great price.

Having recently added two new 1,600 gallon acid finished goods tanks and another 5,000 gallon custom blend tank to our manufacturing plant in Columbus, CCI is positioned for rapid growth and expansion in our blended chemical processing business. CCI has blending tanks dedicated to nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and has several specialty blending tanks for our customers seeking a long-term contract.

Licensed Facilities

Our warehouses are licensed to store a wide range of hazardous materials including flammables, corrosives, acids, and blends. CCI undergoes regular audits from both licensing agencies and our own customers. We open our doors for these audits and consider them to be integral to our commitment to high quality and responsible distribution of our products. Our new facilities in Phoenix represent our commitment to the growing semiconductor, biotechnology and energy markets currently emerging in the southwest.

Agency Compliance Inspections

In addition to our licensing inspections, CCI is subject to regulation by many government agencies. Each agency has inspectors who conduct compliance audits. Recent visitors to the CCI Columbus facility include the US Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Agency (PHMSA), the  Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Columbus Fire Department, the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the US Occupational and Safety Administration (OSHA).

The Phoenix facility has also been inspected by applicable local, state, and federal agencies. US government inspections are routine for the chemical industry and are NOT an indication of issues at CCI.

Pure H20

High purity and batch consistency are crucial to our semiconductor and pharmaceutical customers, which is why CCI has recently added a new water purification and filtration system. Making our own water for use in the blending process ensures a high standard of quality control and minimizes particulates and trace minerals in our final products.

Our new Reverse Osmosis and De-Ionization (RO/DI) water filtration system will improve production water quantity, quality, and reliability, allowing us to provide even higher purity blends for our semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biotech customers.

CCI Wastewater Reduction/Green Initiative

Keeping an eye on the future, CCI is continuing our efforts to further reduce our generation of process wastewater and waste. This is an ongoing cost reduction project that will help to protect our environment and represents our commitment to our core values and mission statement.
