Ultra High Purity Nitric Acid

CCI is one of the biggest processors and suppliers of high purity nitric acid in the Midwest and is rapidly entering new markets in the Southwest thanks to our new Phoenix facilities. We are constantly making substantial investments in equipment to increase batch size capacity and to assure continuous quality improvement.

Nitric Acid Processing

We provide ultra-pure, raw material, acid blends to major suppliers to the semiconductor, biotech, pharmaceutical, and analytical lab industries. Our customers count on us for affordable, high purity nitric acid in concentrations up to 70% purity, available in a range of grades.

After we offload tanker truck quantities of technical grade, 70% pure nitric acid, it then gets filtered and processed in our acid distillation units, which are capable of purifying various acids to ultra high purity levels before being packaged or blended into other  formulations.

High Purity Water

To achieve maximum grades and purities, CCI produces our own high purity water for our ACS and Reagent grade acid blends. The result is a very high purity final product with extremely low trace metals and minerals that easily exceeds the specifications of our semiconductor and pharmaceutical customers.

Dedicated Processing Lines

As a result of recent capital upgrades, CCI now has dedicated nitric acid and hydrochloric acid product lines, in addition to multiple PVDF, Air Pro, Poly Pro, and CPVC pipe lines. We also have new 1,600 gallon blending tanks, along with new pumps, controls and filter assemblies. These upgrades provide our employees with a safer work environment while simultaneously ensuring consistency and quality from batch to batch.

Nitric acid represents the basis for a large portion of our product line and our facilities can process bulk batches in multiple distillation systems. Since a recent expansion, CCI can now provide our larger customers with tanker truck quantities of ACS and FCC grade Nitric Acid.
