Hydrogen Peroxide 30% SEMI Grade specification is designed to meet the standards set forth by the industry association SEMI for hydrogen peroxide used in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry. The product is stabilized with colloidal hydrated tin oxide and/or phosphate/phosphonate.
