Richard Sheard

President and Chairman of the Board

Richard is one of the original founders of CCI.  He owns several businesses in the Columbus area and is active in community affairs.  With a background in sales, his formal education is in Accounting and Computer Programming.  Richard is a lifelong resident of Columbus, WI.

Steve Quandt

Executive Vice President

Steve joined CCI in 1989 following 17 years as CEO of a fiberglass molding corporation.  He is responsible for all facets of the day-to-day operations of the businesses in Columbus and Phoenix.  Steve has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  Go Badgers!

Marie Knope

Manager of Account Services

Marie joined CCI in 2009, bringing with her many years of broad-based experience in the chemical industry. She has managed multiple disciplines, including inventory control, purchasing, warehousing, and logistics. Marie attended Madison Area Technical College and is trained in the principles of LEAN manufacturing.

Kevin Malliet

Sales Manager

Kevin came to CCI in 2010 after 20 years of progressive sales and marketing management responsibility in the semiconductor QA/QC arena. Most recently he served as Vice President of Operations for a process equipment research and development firm. Kevin studied Business Marketing at the University of Michigan and Mechanical Engineering at Marquette University.

Krystal Patros

Quality Manager

In 2007, Krystal joined CCI as QC Chemist, working in the lab in Columbus. Her training in LEAN principles and experience in continuous improvement led to her promotion to Quality Manager in 2009. Krystal has a BS in Biology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse.

Heber Ramirez

Phoenix Plant Manager/Process Engineer

Heber joined CCI as a Process Engineer at the Phoenix plant in 2004.  With a background in semiconductor process and quality, he quickly advanced to the senior management role at this rapidly expanding facility.  Heber has a BSME from Arizona State and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Shelli VanNocker

Controller

Promoted to Controller in 2011, Shelli first joined CCI in 2000 as Junior Accountant. A generalist with experience in all areas of accounting, she advanced to Senior Accountant and served as Advisor to the CFO. Shelli received her Associate’s Degree from Madison Area Technical College, where she graduated with honors.
