Richard Sheard

Chairman of the Board

Richard is one of the original founders of CCI.  He owns several businesses in the Columbus area and is active in community affairs.  With a background in sales, his formal education is in Accounting and Computer Programming.  Richard is a lifelong resident of Columbus, WI.

Randall Eppli

President and Chief Executive Officer

A veteran of International Industrial Markets, Randy took the reins at CCI in January 2013 as President and CEO.  Prior to joining CCI, Randy directed his company to become the global leader in their field.  Randy has BSME and MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Steve Quandt

Executive Vice President Marketing

Steve joined CCI in 1989 and has been instrumental in the development of the company’s core sales and quality programs. A respected executive in the chemical distribution and related industries, Steve is a past President of the NACD. Steve has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Kevin Malliet

Director of Operations, Columbus

Kevin came to CCI in 2010 after 20 years of progressive sales and marketing management responsibility in the semiconductor QA/QC arena. Prior to joining CCI he served as Vice President of Operations for a process equipment research and development firm. Kevin studied Business Marketing at the University of Michigan and Mechanical Engineering at Marquette University.
 

Heber Ramirez

Director of Operations, Phoenix

Heber joined CCI as a Process Engineer at the Phoenix plant in 2004.  With a background in semiconductor process and quality, he quickly advanced to the senior management role at this rapidly expanding facility.  Heber has a BSME from Arizona State and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Marie Knope

Manufacturing Manager, Columbus

Marie joined CCI in 2009, bringing with her many years of broad-based experience in the chemical industry. She has managed multiple disciplines, including inventory control, purchasing, warehousing, and logistics. Marie attended Madison Area Technical College and is trained in the principles of LEAN manufacturing.

Shelli VanNocker

Controller

Promoted to Controller in 2011, Shelli first joined CCI in 2000 as Junior Accountant. A generalist with experience in all areas of accounting, she advanced to Senior Accountant and served as Advisor to the CFO. Shelli received her Associate’s Degree from Madison Area Technical College, where she graduated with honors.
